We are seeking a Service Automation Developer to join our team. As a Service Automation Developer, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions within the ServiceNow Platform team. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are Essential
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
