GovCIO is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst – Team Lead to provide first-line technical support to end-users. The team leader will monitor service delivery, mitigate issues, and provide coaching to agents. The role is fully remote and within the US, focusing on IT hardware and software issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Experience managing remote staff.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and iOS mobile devices.
  • Experience using Active Directory in a corporate domain environment.
  • Experience with project related tasks.
  • Associate Certified in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MO-100 & MO-200)
