We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our MAG Tech Service Desk team. The successful candidate will be the first line of support for IT related requests and incidents, delivering world-class service and maintaining a high first-time fix SLA.

Requirements

  • Great customer service skills
  • Previous experience on an IT Desk
  • Knowledge of common IT systems like Windows 10,11, AD and Office 365
  • Excellent fault finding and analytical skills
  • Experience of ServiceNow (desirable)
  • ITIL Foundation certificate (desirable)
  • Comp TIA / Microsoft MIA qualifications (desirable)
