DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Service Desk Team Lead (Weekend Shift) to join their team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CISA Technology Operations Center (TOC) in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves responding to incident and service requests, resolving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a fully remote weekend shift position that involves supporting the IT operations of the organization.
Requirements
- Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of IT experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communications skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow highly desired).
- Microsoft Windows 11 and Office suite administration and troubleshooting knowledge required.
