The Service Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, reliable, and efficient IT delivery service, driving continuous improvement through standardized management and team development. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT service quality, resolving incidents, and collaborating with IT vendors. The manager will also contribute to budget management and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline
- Current DoD 8570 or 8410 compliant certifications (Security+)
- 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- 1+ year of professional experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role
- Experience working in a management or leadership role
- Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
