Fujitsu is seeking a Service Mapping Developer to map data from various systems into ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and accurate information transfer and supporting integrations with other tools. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying service maps, ensuring data integrity, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, complete, and well-documented data mappings.

Requirements

  • Designing, developing, and deploying service maps
  • Understanding of CMDB and its relationship to ITOM
  • Experience with integration tools (Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, etc.)
  • Experience with Data Transformation tools (Import Sets, Transform Maps)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow
  • Understanding of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with SQL and querying relational databases
  • Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTP)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
