DMI is seeking a Service Request Specialist to provide end-user support for their managed services operation. The role involves submitting requests to vendors, resolving tickets, and assisting with system administration. It requires a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers both on-site training and remote work flexibility.

Requirements

  • Submit MACD requests.
  • Submit vendors orders.
  • Update systems assets.
  • Assist with activation of mobile phones.
  • Monitor vendor responses.
  • Oversee the organization of ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Assist other teams with overflow work.
