Requirements
- Experience in service environments and ITIL4 Foundation certification
- Proven track record in service transition within Agile and DevOps environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti Heat)
