As a Senior Developer CSM/FSO/IRM at EY, you will work on the EY GDS-ServiceNow team to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will design, configure, and customize the platform, develop and implement service request fulfilment workflows, and automate complex tasks. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow implementation, integration, UI Builder, Playbook, and CIS-CSM functionalities.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Proven expertise in dispute management processes and Financial Services Operations (FSO)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, functionalities, and best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages and tools relevant to ServiceNow development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- College degree in related technology field or comparable job experiences
- CSA and minimum 1 CIS in CSM or IRM
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in a development role
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers
