GovCIO is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman to support their US Coast Guard program. This fully remote position requires independent work and collaboration with remote teams. Responsibilities include designing and developing ServiceNow modules, administering applications, and providing support to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of IT experience
- 6+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
- Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- Public Trust or Secret clearance (must be provided)
