ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

GovCIO is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal in Washington, DC. The role involves guiding IT strategy, contributing to recommendations, designing and developing ServiceNow modules, and providing support based on ServiceNow expertise. The position requires US citizenship and is a hybrid remote position.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Strong communication skills.
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required.
