ServiceNow is seeking a ServiceNow AI Lab Intern to advance state-of-the-art AI and validate proof-of-concepts. The role involves collaborating with a team to develop AI applications, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. This is a paid, 6-month internship with mentorship and a robust portfolio of projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, AI, or a closely related field.
• Graduated no earlier than December 2024
• Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain authorization to work.
• Capable of committing to a full-time schedule (November 3, 2025-March 31, 2026).
