Requirements
- Leading ServiceNow engagements end to end
- Designing and developing the technical architecture of ServiceNow IT Asset Management
- Troubleshooting SAM issues such as normalization, entitlements, metrics, allocations and foundation data aligned to CSDM
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Conducting technical reviews and assessments to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency
- Collaborating with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Acting as a subject matter expert to provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders
