Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and development
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and related programming languages
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred
