LightFeather is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and customization, as well as a strong track record of leveraging ServiceNow to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Active clearance at the Secret level or above
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or a similar role
- In-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, scripting (JavaScript), REST APIs, and proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting capabilities
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and implementing best practices for scalability
- Strong knowledge of data security practices and integration security protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
