ServiceNow Architect (REF4113B)

The role of ServiceNow Architect involves leading customers through their ServiceNow journey, shaping their IT roadmap, and creating solution design. The candidate will work with different ServiceNow applications, create custom applications, and collaborate with customers to position other ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT sector & SW development projects
• 5+ years of experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 3+ years of experience in lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions, in ITSM, HR, CSM and/or MCO
• ServiceNow certifications (minimum requirements: CSA and 2 CIS or CAD certifications)
• Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• Understanding of service management concepts (ITIL), data models
• Excellent ability to design, assess and implement technical solutions individually and assist the team in implementing phases
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g., SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, AngularJS
• Strong oral and written communications skills both English and Hungarian
• Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
• Long-term commitment and willingness to invest in learning and working with ServiceNow
