Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable studies
- 2-4 years of experience in Requirement Analyses
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- ServiceNow Admin Cert, CIS – VR, CIS – SIR certifications (desired)
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence
