T-Systems is seeking an experienced ServiceNow COE Architect to join their Global B2B Architecture Team. This role will focus on designing end-to-end architecture for complex B2B solutions, aligning with long-term strategic goals, and driving B2B IT transformation. The architect will collaborate with CoEs and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B solution architecture, especially in telecom/IT environments.
- Proven expertise in BSS, data domains, and greenfield solutions.
- Deep understanding of B2B large enterprise products, business processes, and telecommunication models.
- Experience with Wholesale Business Processes
- Knowledge of Software Modeling Tools (UML, PlantUML, MKDocs)
- Experience in Agile / SAFe environments and tools such as JIRA.
