Join Devoteam as a ServiceNow Customer Workflows Business Lead to shape digital transformation on an enterprise level. As a central expert for modern, digital customer processes, you will be responsible for further developing the Customer Workflows area within Devoteam, building new business opportunities, advising customers, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows field in a consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- Experience in pre-sales, bid creation, and C-level stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent German and English
