As ServiceNow Customer Workflows Business Lead, you will design digital transformation on an enterprise level, not just talk about it. Develop the ServiceNow Customer Workflows area within Devoteam, build new business opportunities, and lead workshops, requirement analyses, and decision-making processes on C-level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows environment in a consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- Experience in pre-sales, bid preparation & C-level stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent German and English
