We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join SAIT's Information Technology Services department. The ServiceNow Developer will be part of the ServiceNow team responsible for the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow products and solutions to meet SAIT institutional needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow ITSM development and support
- 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB development and support
- 1+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CSM development and support
- 1+ years of experience in scoped application development and/or support with ServiceNow
- Experience with system architecture and solution design.
- Experience working with all aspects of the SDLC.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and practice.
- Experience or training relating to other ServiceNow products such as but not limited to HRSD, SPM, Portal, and custom applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work within an Agile methodology
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
