Requirements
- Experience in IT and software project delivery
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, and or both
- Experience with plugins and third-party modules (eg VRM/TPRM)
- Understanding of CMDB usage
- Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience working in a financial or regulated environment
