Black & Veatch is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a team developing custom flows and integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions for the service request and employee center applications of ServiceNow, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise to less experienced developers. This is a full-time, Staff position within a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow flows and integrations for the service request and employee center modules
• Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to less experienced developers
• Troubleshooting issues and providing support to end-users for the service request and employee center modules
• Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow features and best practices
