ServiceNow Developer

LMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support customer configuration and development. The developer will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow modules into client environments, translating requirements into solutions, and optimizing performance. LMI provides innovative digital solutions, including commercial-grade platforms and AI, to help government agencies effectively manage complexity and pace change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and deployment in a client environment.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA).
• Experience designing and implementing data collection jobs, formulas, and automated trend analysis.
• Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust/background investigation.
• Undergraduate degree required.
