They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support their platform with strong integration skills, focusing on mid-tier servers and enterprise systems. The role involves administration, development, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform
- Manage ServiceNow integrations with mid-tier servers
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and custom applications
- Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management)
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and mid-tier server issues
- Implement platform upgrades and performance tuning
Requirements Summary
