The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules to enhance IT service management. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that ServiceNow functionality meets business needs and requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related web technologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
