Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant
- Experience in Delivery and Consulting for Change and Release Management Processes
- Experience with ITIL®-based ITSM tools
- Strong customer service orientation
- Project Management skills (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
