We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join our team at Devoteam N Platform. As a senior or lead consultant, you will accompany our customers in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes, combining process understanding, technology know-how, and consulting expertise.
Requirements
- Analysis, design, and optimization of GRC, risk, compliance, or SecOps processes
- Moderation of workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and best practices
- Development of sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow
- Identification of efficiency and automation potential, including risk assessment, impact, and prioritization
- Consulting our customers on organizational changes and transformation projects
- Close cooperation with our delivery teams and customer-side stakeholders
- Support in pre-sales: scoping, cost estimates, RFP processing, and solution design

Requirements Summary
