We are looking for a ServiceNow HR Consultant to support companies in designing their HR processes as modern, digital, and user-centered based on the ServiceNow platform. As a senior or lead consultant, you will accompany our customers in the digital transformation of their HR processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the HR or HCM field, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
- Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and cooperating with HR stakeholders
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams in the HR / HCM context
- Routine in pre-sales, scoping, or bidding processes
- Very good German and English skills
