ServiceNow HR Consultant (m/w/d)

As a senior or lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will accompany our customers in the digital transformation of their HR processes - with a clear focus on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery and modern HR architectures.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the HR or HCM field, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
• Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization or quality management
• Experience in moderating workshops and in cooperation with HR stakeholders
• High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
• Experience in leading projects or workstreams in the HR / HCM context
• Routine in pre-sales, scoping or bid processes
• Very good German and English language skills
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus - but not a must.
