ServiceNow Integration Developer / Consultant

We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Developer / Consultant to lead integration initiatives across disparate systems and automate business workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Our ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and a solid coding background.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including custom API development and integration with third-party platforms.
• Solid coding background – proficient in JavaScript (Python also beneficial).
• Experience with integration tools, including scripted and out-of-the-box REST/SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with messaging middleware such as Kafka is a plus.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL databases, cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and ITSM best practices.
• Proven consulting mindset — someone who is comfortable engaging with business and technical stakeholders, offering solutions and driving outcomes.
• Understanding of ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management, etc.).
