ServiceNow IT Asset Management Administrator (Hybrid/Guadalajara)

Insulet is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven IT Asset Administrator to administer ServiceNow ITAM services, including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The role involves working with stakeholders to understand business needs and maximizing the value of ITAM services. The IT Asset Administrator will also work closely with the ServiceNow Development team to build solutions and enhancements that align with platform strategies and ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

• Administer ServiceNow SAM to track and manage software assets
• Create reports for software licensing compliance
• Monitor software usage and optimize license allocation to reduce costs
• Administer the ServiceNow HAM module to track and manage IT assets from procurement to retire
• Drive continual improvements to Asset Management
• Use Agile scrum methodologies to plan improvements and enhancements to the ServiceNow Asset Management modules
• Generate reports and provide insights on assets to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate asset data and tracking
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of software and hardware assets to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware assets within the ServiceNow ITAM modules
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT asset management to drive continuous improvement
