We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with a focus on ITOM to work on the development, configuration, and integration of solutions that support visibility and control over infrastructure assets, events, and services.
Requirements
- Create and adjust identification standards and device and application classification rules
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools, legacy CMDBs, and other infrastructure data sources
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of CMDB information
- Work with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure that services are correctly mapped, according to corporate standards
- Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented solutions, proposing continuous improvements
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes related to ITOM solutions
- Develop and configure solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, focusing on: Asset and topology discovery; Event Management and event correlation; Service Mapping of critical business services
