ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Windward Consulting is seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services to clients. The role involves assessing current state processes, defining solution requirements, and overseeing implementation planning. This position requires a strong background in IT Service Management and expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a focus on Event management and monitoring
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardization
• Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
