ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer

Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services to clients. The role involves assessing current process states, defining solutions, and implementing ServiceNow solutions in network, storage, and compute infrastructure. Candidates should have experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, and strong IT Service Management skills.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management aned monitoring and integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardization
• Deep experience modeling network, storage, and compute infrastructure
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
