Servicenow ITSM CMDB Developer- TCS Contract

Developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB), implementing ServiceNow Discovery, and creating dashboards and reports to provide insights into CMDB data and health.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Proficiency in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery to populate and update the CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Configuration Management and its relation to ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) to enhance CMDB functionalities.
• Ability to create dashboards and reports to provide insights into CMDB data and health.
• Knowledge of best practices for maintaining and optimizing CMDB data integrity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure data consistency within the CMDB.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to CMDB data and configuration.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
