- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Module
- Deploying Dev Ops Change Velocity
- Leading customer kick-off calls
- Lead requirements sessions
- Client understandings of Dev Ops processes
- Solid understanding of Software development processess and Dev Ops Tool Chain products and usage
- Expertise in automation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
