Requirements

  • Manage ITSM Request Management process according to ITIL and ITSM best practices.
  • Develop and disseminate ITSM process documentation.
  • Lead research and identify ITSM best practices for IT service improvement.
  • Provide training on ITSM tools and procedures.
  • Respond to requests and provide support, escalate issues, and maintain customer communication.
  • Perform on-call duties and assist with queue management.
