Job description
ActioNet is seeking a Top Secret (TS) ServiceNow Platform Administrator / ENT Tools Administrator to lead the administration, enhancement, and operational sustainment of their USG's on-premises ServiceNow platform. This leadership role requires deep platform expertise and strong integration with enterprise systems, supporting over 17,500 devices and ~8,000 users. The position involves proactive coordination, remediation, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
- 10+ years of IT management experience
- Experience administering enterprise ServiceNow platforms
- Familiarity with on-premise ServiceNow configurations
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Red Hat Satellite, SCOM
