Okta is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join the Business Technology team, focused on accelerating business outcomes across the enterprise through clarity, collaboration, and accountability. This role will be responsible for building and enhancing their ServiceNow platform, applying expertise to multiple modules (ITSM, SAM, HAM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, CSM, WSD) and providing expert technical guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and features.
- Implement and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and architectural designs.
- Ensure configurations and customizations are upgrade-safe.
- Provide expert technical guidance to stakeholders.
