Sopra Steria is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join their team in Malmö, Sweden. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for customers. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working with ServiceNow, a deep understanding of the platform's functionality, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience in designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
