Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner, Product Owner, or Manager.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in managing platform upgrades, release cycles, and operational governance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, CTA) highly desirable.
