In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow solutions meet business needs, align with industry best practices and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC etc.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
- Speaking fluent German is a must
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
