GovCIO is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in a fast-paced, highly visible team focused on customer-facing solutions. This role will require hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of government contracting processes. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate projects, maintain communication, and manage work within Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT experience
- 4+ years in project management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Agile methodologies experience
- Ability to pull reports in ServiceNow
- Ability to navigate ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
