SERVICENOW QUALITY & EXCELLENCE ANALYST

Ramboll, a global engineering, architecture, and consultancy company, is seeking a Quality & Excellence Analyst to ensure the quality and efficiency of their ServiceNow platform. The role involves conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices, with a focus on HR operational service delivery excellence, profitability, stakeholder satisfaction, and performance of workflows within ServiceNow. The analyst will also support the RSC HR Head and contribute to global strategy.

Requirements

• Conduct regular quality assurance audits of the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze data and metrics from ServiceNow to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes.
• Track progress and submit timely reports and documentation.
