OCT Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Sales Director to shape their go-to-market strategy and lead the capture of new business within the federal government space. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, a robust pipeline, and the opportunity to work with a strong client base. The position reports to the ServiceNow Practice Director and is focused on leveraging ServiceNow to deliver value to clients and partners.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on Consulting & Implementation.
  • Proven capture leader with a history of winning ServiceNow deals over $5M in annualized value.
  • Commission-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow sales cycles, partnership programs, and delivery models.
