We're looking for a ServiceNow SAM Pro Engineer/Developer to contribute to our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey. The individual will support design, execute, and maintain the SAM Pro module as well as ServiceNow integrations across multiple modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent ServiceNow work experience, preferably with ITAM/ITSM Modules.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, API integration and web service calls.
  • Required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • 3+ Years experience with SAM Pro Engineering and Development.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM Pro module to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for SAM Pro.
  • Integrate SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into our ITAM Program.
  • Strong background working with ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM modules.
