ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) - AI for Security Operations Engineering Intern

ServiceNow is seeking an AI for Security Operations Engineering Intern to work on AIOps capabilities within Security Incidents. The intern will contribute to system health checks, provide customer outreach, coordinate security-related PRBs, and support incident resolution. This is an on-site, hands-on opportunity to develop operational AI/ML solutions and contribute to project success.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a full-time Master's program in Computer Science or related discipline
• Graduating December 2026, or later
• Experience with AI/ML integration
• Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools
• Containerization and orchestration
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or Oracle)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
