OCT Consulting is seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the ServiceNow implementation of a new practice. The role involves shaping the future of ServiceNow by designing AI-enabled, enterprise-grade solutions for federal clients, collaborating with the Practice Director, and mentoring team members. This is a strategic partner position focused on driving innovation and showcasing OCT’s capabilities.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience
- 2+ years CSA/CAD certification (CIS preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML features
- Experience with Integration Hub and Flow Designer
- Strong ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integration skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
