Requirements

• 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on involvement in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) configuration and implementation.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow Employee Workflows with deep understanding of HR service delivery processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR case management workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday integrations and HCM system connectivity.
• Ability to work within ServiceNow Agile Development modules with focus on HRSD implementations and employee experience optimization.
